Warren Buffett has come out ahead of Pimco's Bill Gross as the world's best investor, according to a poll of Bloomberg terminal subscribers. In a news release, Bloomberg says over 23 percent of those surveyed regard Buffett as the "best assessor of financial markets." Gross, co-chief investment officer of Pacific Investment Management Company, is in second place with 16 percent. They are followed by by Geroge Soros, Nouriel Roubini and Marc Faber.
